1. Booklet Labels/Foldout Labels/Extended Content Labels (All mean same thing)

An offset printed booklet or pamphlet laminated (or glued) to a die cut pressure sensitive label. The pressure sensitive base label is made of paper or film and can be printed up to 10 colors. Booklet Labels are produced on rolls for manual or automatic application. A resealable feature is optional. Maximun foldout is 36". Maximum page count for booklets is 96. Smallest Booklet Label is approx. .5" x 1.25" (3/4" folded pamphlet). 12" x 14" is maximum label size (11" x 13" folded pamphlet or booklet). No minimum run. A wide variety of permanent and removable adhesives is available. 20" maximum outer roll diameter. 3" or 6" cores. 2. "Lam to Liner" Booklet Label for Curved Surfaces
A special booklet label construction that is designed to work well on round containers. It's comprised of an offset printed booklet or pamphlet laminated to a die cut pressure sensitive label just like our standard booklet/foldout labels with one major exception: one laminated wing extends beyond the base label to lay directly on the silicone carrier liner. As this booklet label is applied, the extended wing opens slightly reducing tension until the labeling equipment tamps it down. With the tension gone, the label gets a nicer lay down on the product and is much easier to open. Pharmaceutical companies really love this design. You need to see the pictures to truly understand the concept. All other specs are the same as the booklet/foldout/extended content labels above. Two dies are required. This label must be applied with the folded or bound edge first. A special "zig-zag" die cut is available to ensure that the lot and date codes stay with the product if the booklet is removed. 3. Short Run Booklet Labels
Tired of paying huge dollars for short run booklet/foldout labels? We have the solution! JH Bertrand has developed a new manufacturing process that is specifically geared to making short runs much less expensive. We can produce the same laminated booklet/foldout label product that we detailed above in quantities as low as 250. They come on 3" or 6" cores with outer roll diameters as large as 20". Our short run booklet/foldout labels reseal just like their big press cousins. Perfect for order quantities between 250 and 10,000. Solves the common problem of combination running your initial order later to pay huge dollars on lower volume reruns.

The pressure sensitive base label is made of paper or film and can be printed up to 10 colors. Booklet Labels are produced on rolls for manual or automatic application. 5. Glue Booklet Label with Special Resealable Opening
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet GLUED to a die cut pressure sensitive label. WE DON'T USE AN OVERLAMINATE FOR THIS BOOKLET LABEL which makes it EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AROUND CURVED SURFACES. The pressure sensitive base label is made of paper or film and can be printed up to 10 colors. Booklet Labels are produced on rolls for manual or automatic application. This booklet label has a special resealable edge that is superior to most other resealable release coatings because it's made with multiple plies of adhesive. It can be opened and closed for years because it is so much stronger. Since it is not laminated, the cover can be imprinted by a much wider variety of printers. Maximun foldout is 36". Maximum page count for booklets is 96. Smallest Booklet Label is approx. 1" x 1 1/2" (5/8" folded pamphlet). 12" x 14" is maximum label size (11" x 13" folded pamphlet or booklet) Minimum run is 1000. 6. NEW! "Baseless" Booklet Label

The new “Baseless” Booklet Label is another terrific solution for curved surfaces particularly vials. It's comprised of an offset printed booklet or pamphlet, laminated and die cut directly to the carrier liner. There is NO BASE LABEL. Essentially, it is as if we took a booklet or pamphlet and applied a strip of clear pressure sensitive material over it. With two long wings and no base label, it conforms around the most severe curves. It is also easy to open. This solution has the following advantages: (1) It conforms around the most severe curves. (2) It works well for those applications that don’t need base labels. (3) It’s a terrific solution when you need to apply it over existing printing. (4) Some companies use it to reduce the amount of adhesive that is on the product. (5) It’s a great solution when you need to go around square containers. Most companies manually apply it, but we believe that it can be auto applied as well with special modifications to the label application equipment. The smallest we can make this construction is about .375” x .75” plus the wings. Wings start at .5” and grow in length to handle the weight of the printed piece as it gets thicker and/or larger.
7. NEW! Map Fold Booklet Labels
An offset printed pamphlet laminated to a die cut pressure sensitive label. The big difference is the pamphlet has a right angle fold. This means that you can design a piece that unfolds like a map. When you can’t present your design in a long thin foldout, a map fold should be considered. The downside to this construction is that it can only be produced one up on press which often makes it more expensive than a standard foldout label. The pressure sensitive base label is made of paper or film and can be printed up to 15 colors. Booklet Labels are produced on rolls for manual or automatic application. 8. Fantastic Two Ply Labels
A flexo printed top ply specialty glued to a flexo printed pressure sensitive base label. Our system is the best on the market. We use a release varnish on the inside top and a UV cured adhesive on the base top. This proprietary formulation offers a very easy opening label with no annoying stickiness. We can print a total of 6 colors plus a uv varnish. We use 2.6 mil polypropylene white film for the base and top ply to make for a very rich looking label. When your company needs only an extra panel, this is the one to choose. 20" maximum outer roll diameter. 3" or 6" cores. Ask for samples of this one. You will be impressed!
9. Coupon Labels
An inline flexo or (offset printed and married to a pressure sensitive label) produced multi-panel foldout label laminated or glued to a die cut pressure sensitive label. Up to 14 flexo colors for inline and unlimited colors for offset and marry. Comes in a variety of constructions including dry release, multi-perf, piggy-back, multi-layer, patterned adhesive and encapsulated. Smallest size is 5/8" x 1/2" Very low priced particularly in higher quantities. Bar coding and ink jet consecutive numbering and variable printing. Auto application at speeds greater than 400 per minute. Great for IRC's, game promotions, rebates, tie-ins, premium offers, bounce-back coupons, overlay promotions, recipes, partnership offers, cross promotions and other value added promotions. If not auto applying, we can produce in sheets or small rolls such as 100 per roll.
10. Mega Label
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet (or widget) encapsulated by heat sealing a plastic film to a die cut pressure sensitive base label. 100% sealed on all 4 sides. Can encapsulate up to 3 inserts making this product unique and attractive for specialized value-added applications. Uses clear or opaque films including metalized. Priniting on film is optional. Opens with perforation or tear strip. Base ply can be printed up to 6 flexo colors including process. Produced on 6" cores. Available in 12" to 20" outer roll diameters. Wide range of adhesives available. Smallest size Mega Label: 3" x 3" with 2" x 2" insert. Can be configured without an opening to make tamperproof. Trademarked name: Mega Label.
11. Our Famous Data-Neckers
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet (or widget) packaged in a plastic pouch with a custom punch hole. Sizes to fit small viles to 55 containers. Die cut holes from 1/8" to 3". The punch hole is designed to snap securely over your product's cap. 3 mil virgin "ultra clear" poly material. Hangs distinctly from the product while taking up zero label space. Manually applied. Customers love the Data-Necker because it snaps easily over the neck, doesn't take up label space, carries multiple inserts, is eye catching, protects the contents, and is priced well in all volumes. 12. Economy Short Run Foldout Labels
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet with one or multiple adhesive strips on non printed side. The money is saved by not having a flexo printed base label. One "panel" in the printed leaflet acts as a permanent base label. Your customer opens by pulling on paper tab which can be resealed. Polyester tab is optional. Designed for 50 to 25,000 runs. No dies. No setup charges. Permanent or removable adhesive. In the lower volumes, pricing can average 50%-200% below laminated foldout labels on rolls. Easy peel liners make production quick. 13. Micro Miniature Booklet Labels (MMBL)
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet glued to a die cut pressure sensitive label. We can make the MMBL as small as 1/2" x 1 1/2 " and is designed for the smallest diameters including vials. It's the perfect solution for labeling unit doses. We coat the pamphlet with two proprietary adhesives; one to keep it permanently attached to the base label and the other to make it easy to open. Because we glue the pamphlet to the base web rather than laminating it, our MMBLs can bend around very small diameters without the buckling you associate with laminated booklet labels. Buckling occurs on small diameters because the laminate holds its form and won't stretch beyond its original application on press. We can zone laminate the cover if the laminated look is required. 14. Paper Tags
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet threaded with a cable, twist, elastic, or string tie. We can do a wide variety of folded constructions including pharmaceutical folding. We can print flexo or offset depending on design demands and customer preference. Flexo is typically less expensive. Lightweight and cover paper stocks. Comes neatly packed in cartons for manual application. An inexpensive, yet effective way to expand copy space without having to redesign the primary label. The uses are unlimited!
15. Pamphlets With Double Coated Tape
An offset printed booklet, pamphlet or single sheet with one or multiple strips of double coated or transfer tape adhesive. The booklet or pamphlets are shipped as individual pieces for manual application. Quick peel liners expose adhesive for fast application. Can tape printed pieces as small as 1/2 " x 1/2". Resealable feature available. A big budget saver. Lots of creative choices for the printed piece--blind emboss, foil stamp, 4 color process, textured papers, special varnishes, and simple die cut shapes. Very flexible, yet nicely priced.
16. Outserts/Inserts on Rolls
A micro folded printed pamphlet (with right angle folds {RTA]) glued closed and affixed to a pressure sensitive label. This construction allows customers to get a huge amount of information into a tiny amount of space. Pamphlets are offset printed on very light papers such 28 lb. Single color or four color process. Some constructions come with a special 2 ply dry release base* which allows the end user to easily remove the pamphlet for sticky free storage in a pocket or purse. Perfect for patient instructions and Directions for Use. Produced on rolls for automatic or manual application. Bar coding and ink jet consecutive numbering.* We are preparing to submit a patent request to the USPTO.
17. Economy Encapsulations
A booklet or pamphlet encapsulated in a clear poly pouch with permanent adhesive. It comes fan folded for manual application. This encapsulation has square (non diecut) corners. It is the forerunner to the Mega Label. We call it the Economy Encapsulation because it averages about 20% less than the Mega Label in short and medium runs. It is perfect for everything from MSDS pamphlets to Directions for Use information(DFU). We can fit booklets as thick as 200 pages inside. Its tough poly blended material can take a beating that's why a lot of people use this product to affix information to bags. This product is designed to compete with "packing envelopes." The fact that the Economy Encapsulation comes with the information already inside and has a one piece release liner versus two with the packing envelope makes it a real time saver. 18. Micro Folded Outserts/Inserts
An offset printed pamphlet with black or multiple colors on 20lb to 50lb paper folded from very large lay-flats to very small sizes. Coated, uncoated and opaque papers available. Optional gluing and taping. Can be used in Mega Label, Booklet Label and Data-Necker products. Or, just striped with double coated tape and affixed to your product. A budget-wise way to present a lot of information. Made famous in the pharmaceutical industry.
19. Harsh Environment Booklet Labels
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet printed on plastic (synthetic) paper. It's laminated or glued to a film base label. This booklet label is virtually indestructible as it is water, freeze and tear proof. It's fabulous against heavy moisture, cold temperatures and abusive contact. We use a variety of popular synthetic papers. Each has advantages under certain conditions. We'll supply you with spec sheets and thoroughly discuss which brands make sense for your application. We have years of experience in printing this special paper. It's great for everything from four color process to simple one color jobs. The film base ply can be printed up to 10 flexo colors including process. It's produced on 3" or 6" cores. Available in 12" to 20" outer roll diameters. A wide range of adhesives are available for the base ply.

Here's how it works: We produce booklet labels with basic information that doesn't change such a logos and address. These booklet labels are designed to be opened. You print specially die cut labels on your ink jet or laser printer that are slightly smaller than the pages in booklet label. 21. Pocket Booklets
Widely used in Europe and now becoming more popular in the USA. Pocket Booklets are patented constructions comprised of a brilliantly colored two sided sheet that is glued inside a heavy coated cover stock. It's main advantages are it's permanency, portability and ease of being unfolded and refolded. It's great for the following industries: hotels, casinos, colleges, government, health care, consumer, military, entertainment services, and general industry promotions. Common applications are maps, coupons, detailed instructions, guides, reference charts, applications and ON Pack give-aways. The list is endless. 22. Tamper Resistant P-S Encapsulations
An offset printed booklet or pamphlet sealed between 2 poly layers. An aggressive pressure sensitive adhesive is applied to one side. The package is almost impossible to open in the store. Now your ON PRODUCT rebates, coupons and money off programs will be safe from pilferage. Your customers will have to use scissors to cut out the enclosed offer. Comes fan folded in cartons.
