We are not an offset printer; we are a specialty converter. We buy all our offset printing from regional printers. Therefore, we welcome receiving your printing for converting into booklet labels. This is a large benefit to you because you don't have to completely outsource the project. You can participate in the making of the booklet label and use us as your specialty finisher.

We have a few "packing" suggestions that will make our converting process smoother and prevent damage of incoming booklets.

• You can ship "cut to size" press sheets to us for folding and finishing. We'll let you know how many "up" we require and the necessary margins. We need the press sheets secured on a skid with corner protectors and banded. Make sure they are labeled "DO NOT DOUBLE STACK".
• If you are doing folding, it must be "map quality". All edges and corners are clean and even.
• Bulk pack folders and booklets snuggly in cartons, but do not overpack to the point that the pieces bow in the box.
• Separate layers and rows with chipboard. No more than 2 layers per carton.
• Orient folders in same direction. If the not possible, alternate every 2" at minimum.
• No rubber bands, twist ties, strings, shrink wrap or stretch wrap.
• If there is a lip on the cover, it must face up.

We receive printing from all over the United States. It's a proven system that works well. However, we can always provide the printing for you if your presses are full or you feel that the distance is too great.
