Par needed a foldout label for its 400 mg IBU tablets. It was designed for the pharmacist. The size was 2 1/4" x 5 3/4" unfolding to 2 1/4" x 23 3/4". 2 colors-2 sides. The picture above shows a bottle with a Par foldout label before it was opened and a second pamphlet showing what it would look like if removed.
